Physical distancing is vital to prevent the spread of coronavirus. However, for many of us, such unprecedented levels of isolation can lead to profound disconnection and loneliness. Due to the increase time spent at home, maintaining that real-time connection with others has become all the more critical for our emotional and mental health. Live online groups can provide a much-needed social boost during times when we are feeling detached and uncertain.

Our family can be our greatest source of support, comfort, joy and love. It can also be our primary source of stress and grief. Therapy is offered for families wishing to reduce conflict and increase connection and warmth to create a more nurturing environment for growth.

Feeling stuck in your career path? Or, maybe you never actually chose a career path, but rather it found you. Perhaps you are ready to go in a new direction altogether? Career counseling and coaching services help individuals develop clarity regarding career goals and obstacles, and then implement a Career plan to achieve greater life satisfaction and balance.

Individual Clinical Supervision- $50 hr
